K-8th Grade Admissions
NEW FAMILIES: 1. Express Interest: Please email us at [email protected] or call to express your interest in our program. 2. Schedule Tour: Arrange a tour of RFCA by email or phone (301-448-1010). Children are encouraged to attend. Available by appointment only. 5. Submit Application: Complete an online application (see link below), and pay the non-refundable application fee. 3. Observation & Evaluation: Schedule a Child Observation Day for a 2–3 hour assessment during the school year (September through the first week of June) or our August Assessment Day. 6. Request Records: Provide a Request for Records, including a copy of the most recent report card and any relevant testing results. 7. Admission Confirmation: Once the application process is complete, RFCA Administration will send an official admission email with your child’s start date.
RETURNING FAMILIES: 1. Submit Application: Complete an online application and pay the non-refundable application fee at least two weeks prior to the first week of school. 2.
