K-8th Grade Admissions
NEW FAMILIES:
1. Express Interest: Complete the Parent Interest Form (link below), email us, or call to check for available openings.
2. Schedule a Tour: Arrange a tour of RFCA by email or phone. Children are encouraged to attend. Available by appointment only on:
Mondays: 10:00am–12:00pm or 2:00pm–3:30pm
Wednesdays: 10:00am–12:00pm
3. Observation & Evaluation: Schedule a Child Observation Day for a 2–3 hour assessment during the school year (September through the first week of June) or sign-up for our OPEN HOUSE in April and May. (Dates TBD).
4. Principal Review: New families should wait for an evaluation email from the Principal before submitting an application and application payment.
5. Submit Application: Complete an online application (see link "new families" below), and pay the non-refundable application fee at least two weeks prior to the provided start date.
6. Request Records: Provide a Request for Records, including a copy of the most recent report card and any relevant testing results.
7. Admission Confirmation: Once the application process is complete, RFCA Administration will send an official admission email with your child’s start date.
