Ages
Rising K- 6th Graders (completed Pre-K4-6th grade in June 2025) Dates July 7, 2025- August 8, 2025 (5 weeks) Time Monday-Friday- 9:00am-4:00pm Before Care- 8:00am-9:00am After Care- 4:00pm-5:00pm Schedule Weekly Themes! Morning: Daily Devotion & Academic Enrichment Afternoon: Daily Chapel, STEM, Group Games/Sports, Arts & Crafts Daily outdoor time at Stonehedge Local Park, weather permitting Field Trips too! There will be an afternoon rest time for Pre-K campers. InCamp will provide snacks for campers, parents provide lunches. 2025 Field Trips TBD |
Camp Fees
Early Registration (by 3/31/2025) $75/camper or $150/family Regular Registration (by 5/19/2025) $110/camper or $185/family Weekly Fee (9:00am-4:00pm) $200* for Rising 1st - 6th Graders $220* for Rising Kindergarteners Before Care/After Care $20/week for Before OR After Care $40/week for both Before & After Care Field Trip Fee *There will be a field trip fee on the weeks of Field Trips (3 trips during camp), that will include transportation and any entrance fees. They are on Fridays. Parents are welcome to participate as chaperones. All weekly camper fees must be paid NLT Monday morning of each week. Payments must be made via Brightwheel (checking account or credit card), Cash, or Check. Processing fee of 3% is charged when using credit cards. |

Leaders In Training (LIT's)
Want to earn Student Service Learning Hours, gain valuable work experience, have fun, and grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ?
LIT Requirements: 1. Must be 13-17 years old (finished 7th grade prior to the start of camp) 2. Complete an application & submit by the deadline 3. Participate in an interview 4. Ability to follow directions and camp rules, demonstrate maturity, and serve with a positive attitude LIT Responsibilities: - work in teams to create and implement camp activities and chapel services - develop relationships with campers and participate in field trips - participate in weekly meetings with their leader to grow in leadership, responsibility, and their faith. |
